Florists and flower businesses are close neighbors of garden centers, and many nurseries run a florist counter of their own. Retail florists build arrangements to order and deliver locally, floral designers work by appointment for weddings and events, flower markets and wholesalers sell loose stems and bunches, and flower farms grow seasonal blooms such as dahlias, peonies, tulips and sunflowers, sold by the bucket, by subscription or as pick-your-own. Ordering from the shop directly usually means more flowers for the money than going through a national website.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. The most common schedule is 8 am–6 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Botany Bay Florist at (404) 255-3340; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Its website is botanybayflorist.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

Ordered an extra large orchid plant for over $400, received 3 extra small orchid plants in a plastic container that looked like they were put together by a toddler worth about $30 total. Flowers were not as discussed, they were wilted and junk. I am not sure how they stay in business scamming people. Called the owner, he blamed it on staff but still refused to take the flowers back and give me a refund. Horrible business- and horrible owner- terrible customer service stay away!

The customer service is impeccable. Despite unimaginable personal tragedy of their own, the owner tried to make sure that our arrangement was delivered with care. The kind of care you should not have to worry about when you’re navigating your own loss. But they did and while I would have understood if they couldn’t make it happen, they did. The arrangement was stunning and our friend felt loved. If you get a chance to support this shop, please do so!

I had a really good experience with this florist and was impressed by their professionalism and quality. I ordered a bouquet for a family event, and it arrived beautifully arranged and exactly as requested. The flowers were extremely fresh, with vibrant colors and a natural fragrance that made the arrangement stand out. The design was elegant and showed clear attention to detail. The staff was very helpful in suggesting the right flowers based on the occasion and budget. Delivery was on time, and everything was well-packaged to prevent any damage. The bouquet lasted several days without losing freshness, which I appreciated a lot. Overall, it was a smooth and reliable service, and I would definitely order again.

Sunny did an amazing job on a short notice for my grandmother's funeral service. Communication was great over the phone. When I came in person, Sunny was able to show us his flower inventory and arrange them to see what we like. Flowers looked beautifully put together with the greenery. I am thankful to have found and chosen Botany Bay and would highly recommend them.
